New to Qigong

Start Here

If you have never done Qigong, welcome. There is nothing to get right, and no experience needed. Here is the simplest way to begin.

Three steps to begin

1. Read the beginner guide. Start with Qigong for Beginners. It explains what Qigong is in plain terms and walks you through a first practice you can do in a few minutes.

2. Practice a little, most days. Ten to fifteen minutes on most days does more than an hour you do once and abandon. Try the 8 simple exercises, and see how often to practice for a simple rhythm.

3. Get a guide and a first practice video. The free beginner guide arrives by email with a short guide and a fifteen-minute practice you can follow standing or seated.

Want it laid out for you?

Jump Start Your Energy is a gentle, self-paced course that takes you through the basics, about fifteen minutes a day, so you never have to wonder what to do next.
