You are busy. You are probably a little depleted. Somewhere along the way the days started running you instead of the other way around. You have tried things before, and most of them asked for more time, more discipline, or more flexibility than you actually had, so they did not stick.
Here is what I want you to know. You do not need an hour, a quiet studio, or a body that already bends. You do not need to believe anything in particular. You just need a few minutes and a willingness to move a little. Qigong is ninety percent practice and ten percent theory, and this course is built around that. Everything happens on the days you can, in the time you have, in your own living room.
This is not about pushing harder. It is about moving the energy you already have, so more of it is available to you. When you shift your energy you can shift your day.
What is inside
Twenty-two short video lessons, grouped into five modules. You can watch one a day, one a week, or follow along whenever you have a few minutes. Each lesson builds gently on the one before, and every practice can be done standing or seated, softly and at your own pace.
Module 1 · Where your energy actually goes
5 lessons
We start with the honest picture. Where your energy leaks out through the day, the one ingredient most people are missing, how to find the practice your body is actually asking for, why 'just relax' is harder than it sounds, and how the first few minutes of your morning quietly shape everything after.
Module 2 · Movement that meets you where you are
5 lessons
Simple, forgiving movement. Shaking and releasing what you are holding, gentle side-body and flow work, grounding stances, and two full follow-along practices that put the foundations together. Nothing fancy, nothing you have to force.
Module 3 · Awakening sensation
4 lessons
This is where you begin to feel the energy for yourself. Breathing into the lower belly, spinal waves and meridian stretches, a beautiful gathering movement, and a longer full practice that draws the whole subtle body together. Feeling is believing.
Module 4 · Release, reset, refill
3 lessons
Practices for softening tension and clearing what has built up, so there is room for fresh energy to come in. You learn how to smooth the brow, release and reset the body, and move from tension into flow.
Module 5 · Coming home in a noisy world
5 lessons, including the keystone SPACE practice
The part most people never learn. How to tell the fact of a moment from your story about it, how to move from reaction into clarity, how to stop carrying the whole world, and how to stay centered in your own field. It closes with SPACE, the keystone practice of the whole course, a simple way to find steady ground in the middle of an ordinary, noisy day.

An honest word before you begin
Start with ten minutes a day. That is genuinely enough to feel a difference. Practice on the days you can, and let that be plenty. On the days you miss, you have not failed at anything and you are not behind. You simply begin again the next time you have a few minutes. That is the whole practice, and it is the reason it lasts.
This is a practice for energy, calm, and vitality. It is not medical treatment, and it does not promise to fix or cure anything. It meets you gently, wherever you are today.
